Enhance life-skills, socialization, education and esteem with our Enrichment programs

These program sessions are designed to enhance life-skills, socialization, education, self-esteem, and create life-long friendships, while having fun creating projects from the heart. All programs are in a safe environment with provider supervision to meet the needs of children and adults with developmental disabilities.

Enrichment programs are instructed by staff specializing in particular subjects of interest and or professionals in certain fields (artists, dancers, drama, photographers, sport professionals, local chefs etc.) and are ever-changing depending on new ideas that enrich participant’s lives and suggested areas. Typically an Enrichment Program is provided in 4-session blocks for 3 hours each block. Participants use 3 hours of Respite or Habilitation to cover each session or a total of 12 hours per Enrichment Program. A minimal activity fee is charged per session for supplies and or participation fees. All programs are held in a safe place with staff provider supervision.

Our Nights Out Program (ONO)
This is a social and education program that encourages peer interaction and participation. ONO Programs were designed as a two-fold program to provide an "Our Night Out" for participants to have “their time out with peers” and for parents to have time alone or with other family members who are often in the “second seat” for attention. These programs encourage socialization, peer interactions, food and nutrition education, exercise, crafts, community activities, cooking and life skills. All programs are located in schools, churches and community venues. These unique programs use 3 hours of Respite or Habilitation for each session. Current site locations can be seen as part of our calendar.
